it would appear that Catherine Zeta-Jones will be playing Mortitia Addams alongside Luiz Guzmán as Gomez in Netflix’s upcoming live action “Wednesday.”

Jenna Ortega (“Scream,” “The Fallout“) was already announced as starring in the leading role of Wednesday Addams.

Series creators Al Gough and Miles Millar are also serving as showrunners, with Tim Burton directing all 8 episodes.

Netflix officially confirmed both casting announcements in a tweet this afternoon.
