After what feels like forever, Marvel Studios has FINALLY confirmed the casting for their upcoming “Fantastic Four” film! In a post to their various social media accounts, the media giant tied in the announcement to Valentine’s Day. According to Marvel Studios, Pedro Pascal (“The Last of Us”), Vanessa Kirby (“The Crown”), Ebon Moss-Bachrach (“The Bear”), and Joseph Quinn (“Stranger Things”) are The Fantastic Four. Pascal as it’s been reported will play Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic. Kirby will play Sue Storm/The Invisible Woman. Moss-Bachrach will play Ben Grimm/The Thing. Quinn will play Johnny Storm/The Human Torch. No word on a possible villain…

Once again, employees of the Happiest Place on Earth are attempting to unionize. This time, it’s the hard-working and public-facing face characters, which includes 1,700 performers. These are the people behind the recognizable character meet and greets, parades, hosts, trainers, and other support staff for the characters. (It’s worth noting this is only for Disneyland, as the Walt Disney World performers are already represented by Equity and the Teamsters since 1990.) Get ready to return to the “Planet of The Apes” with a new installment in the long-running franchise from Wes Ball (“The Maze Runner”). Supposedly, this film will act as a bridge between Matt Reeves’ how-it-happened trilogy and original films from the 1970s. When word first hit in the early 2000s that a musical based on “The Wizard of Oz” was coming, everyone kinda had the same thought. “We already have that.
