Zack Snyder’s “Rebel Moon” Gets Winter Release Date

Filmmaker Zack Snyder is back with another movie for Netflix. In space fantasy epic “Rebel Moon,” a small colony on the outskirts of the galaxy is targeted by the insidious empire. It was apparently inspired by Akira Kurosawa’s seminal film, “Seven Samurai.”

The cast is, in a word, stacked. Sofia Boutella, Djimon Hounsou, Ed Skrein, Michiel Huisman, Bae Doona, Ray Fisher, Charlie Hunnam, Sir Anthony Hopkins, Cary Elwes, Corey Stoll, Jena Malone, Fra Fee, Cleopatra Coleman, Alfonso Herrera, Stuart Martin, Staz Nair, Sky Yang, Rhian Rees, E. Duffy, and Charlotte Maggi. Yeah. It’s a lot.

You have a long while to wait for “Rebel Moon,” as it doesn’t hit Netflix til December 22nd, 2023. We’ll let you know what else we hear about this and other news.
