Watch: New Trailer For Roseanne Revival

Somedays it really does seem like there are no original ideas left in Tinseltown, and while the ABC Roseanne revival may be proof of that, it feels like a timely choice to bring back the series.

The Connors were an all American family, struggling to make ends meet while interacting with their biting humor and love. Almost all of the original cast is back for this ‘continuation’; Roseanne Barr as Roseanne Connor, John Goodman as Dan Conner, Sara Gilbert as daughter Darlene Conner, Laurie Metcalf as Roseanne’s sister Jackie, Michael Fishman as D.J. Conner and Lecy Goranson as Becky Conner as well as Sarah Chalke (who played the character Becky in later seasons, and will appear in the series in another role).

Here’s the new trailer aired during the Oscars:

Barr is executive producing the revisit series, along with Sara Gilbert, Tom Werner, Bruce Helford, Whitney Cummings and Tony Hernandez.

Roseanne premieres on Tuesday March 27th on ABC.
