    “Victor Frankenstein”: First Official Trailer

What would happen if Professor X and Harry Potter were in a movie together?  No?  Ok, fine, just the actors who played them, then.

Fox’s upcoming new take on the Dr. Frankenstein and monster story premiered their trailer back at SDCC in Hall H during the 2 hour Fox presentation.  James McAvoy (Victor) and Daniel Radcliffe (Igor) were pretty darn adorable, even going so far as to “assume the position” with McAvoy dominatingly pressing Radcliffe against the back curtain in a certain way.  I digress.

Directed by Paul McGuigan (Sherlock) from a script by Max Landis (Chronicle), the film is told from the perspective of Igor Strausman (Radcliffe), a brilliant protégé of radical scientist Victor Frankenstein (McAvoy) who shares his mentor’s noble vision of aiding humanity through their research into immortality. When Victor’s experiments go too far, leading to horrifying consequences, only Igor can bring his friend back from the brink of madness and save him from his monstrous creation.

Here is the official trailer for the film:

Victor Frankenstein opens on November 25th, 2015.
