Tom Cruise Tears into “M:I 7” Crew, Goes Full Les Grossman

There are times we really understand how and why Tom Cruise has maintained his superstar status. Other times…we think too much about scientology and- never mind.

The point today is that the highly decorated box office darling has taken it upon himself to use his position to try to make a difference. In this case- with the cast and crew of “Mission: Impossible 7,” which has had no shortage of production issues.

Specifically, Cruise can be heard in a newly released audio clip, absolutely TEARING into the crew for not following the very important industry guidelines to keep their set from getting shut down due to the still-ongoing worldwide pandemic.

We can’t help but think of his AMAZING “Tropic Thunder” character Les Grossman:

“We are the gold standard. They’re back there in Hollywood making movies right now because of us. Because they believe in us and what we’re doing. I’m on the phone with every fucking studio at night, insurance companies, producers and they’re looking at us and using us to make their movies. We are creating thousands of jobs, you motherfuckers. I don’t ever want to see it again. Ever!”

You can read The Sun’s coverage of the audio here.

The Christopher McQuarrie-directed “Mission: Impossible 7” film is set to hit theaters on November 21st, 2021.
