It seems like all those films with spooky vibes are getting theatrical re-releases this year. We know we’re getting Disney’s Halloween classics “The Nightmare Before Christmas” and “Hocus Pocus” in theaters next month, but here’s another thematically appropriate film joining them. Tim Burton‘s adaptation of Washington Irving‘s “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow.”
Burton’s version is actually celebrating it’s 25th anniversary this year. It starred Johnny Depp as Ichabod Crane, and Christina Ricci as Katrina. It also starred Miranda Richardson, Michael Gambon, Casper Van Dien, Christopher Lee, and Christoper Walken.
“Sleepy Hollow” will return to theaters for two October nights, the 13th and 16th. Tickets are limited, but you can get yours here.
