    Taika Waititi to Direct “Thor 4” for Marvel Studios

    This is SUPER breaking news so we’ll be updating…

    It sounds like Taika Waititi will be returning to Marvel Studios to write and direct “Thor 4,” following his pretty freaking fabulous “Thor: Ragnarok.”

    It’s unclear at this time if we’ll see the return of Korg, but we’re hopeful.

    This DOES probably mean a bit of a pushback for start time on Appian Way’s upcoming live-action “Akira” which Waititi was set to direct.

    The Hollywood Reporter confirms this news, as well as mentioning that “Akira” will be “pushed back indefinitely” while production on “Thor 4” goes ahead.
