We are DELIGHTED to finally have an official first look at Disney+’s upcoming Marvel Studios series, “Hawkeye!” Starring Jeremy Renner as Clint Barton aka Avengers member Hawkeye, the show will introduce audiences to Marvel Comics’ character and future West Coast Avenger, Kate Bishop, as played by Hailee Steinfeld.

Thanks to Entertainment Weekly, we have our first image of the pair of archers, AND a release date!

EW says that Renner sort of mirrored Clint Barton’s mentorship of Kate Bishop with co-star Steinfeld.

“That was always my role. Outside of acting in the thing, I was protecting her and giving her the CliffsNotes on how it goes with this kind of filmmaking: Green screen, superhero life, all that stuff,” Renner says. “I just wanted to protect her, because there’s a lot of physical stuff. She’s a wonderful actress, a wonderful human, and I can’t wait to see all the cool stuff that she’s able to do.”

So, here’s hoping for a trailer soon.

“Hawkeye” is set to premiere on Disney+ on November 24th, 2021. New episodes will release each Wednesday.
