“Terminator: Dark Fate” panel just kicked off at San Diego Comic Con in Hall H, and the Paramount film looks to be just as awesome as we hope it’ll be.

The first big bit of news from the panel is that Edward Furlong will be returning as John Connor for the film!

“There is no Sarah without Linda,” James Cameron says about bringing the iconic character back with Linda freaking Hamilton in the role. “People love this character, the fans just want to know what she’s like now. Is she still fighting the machines, what new weapons, what is her mind state? So we asked Linda to come back, and she agreed. Eddie Furlong is back as John, so we’ve got that! Mackenzie and Natalia are great, these new faces for you guys. I’m super super excited about the film. This is Tim’s movie, he was the right guy for the job. And I just wanted to thank you fans for your support of the franchise.”

Linda Hamilton is welcomed to Hall H like the hero she is!

“Dark Fate” will officially be rated R.

“I am so much more than I was,” Hamilton said to the crowd.

New Terminator model Gabriel Luna is even posting videos from backstage.

#TerminatorDarkFate actress @nataliareyesg mentioned she wasn't born when the first Terminator was released. Which gives the person tweeting this a moment of sadness at my age, but then I remember I watched Small Wonder live so I'm happy again

Tim Miller teases that “Dark Fate” will focus on the “consequences” of her choice to blow up Cyberdyne Systems.

“Specificall, the level of kicking-assery in this, will make it rated R-” Linda says.

“Yes, it’s officially rated R,” Miller confirmed. “The DNA of Terminator is an R-rated fucking movie.”

And of course, the original Governator himself, Arnold Schwarzenegger, was brought out on stage.

Apparently Linda’s favorite line from the entire franchise is [unsurprisingly]….

We’ve also got the cover for Den of Geek’s special SDCC issue, which happens to look equally bad ass!

    And, a brand-new poster!

Mackenzie Davis, left, and Linda Hamilton star in Skydance Productions and Paramount Pictures’ “TERMINATOR: DARK FATE.”

Apparently the ol T-800 likes to call himself Carl? Sarah responds, “I’m never going to call you Carl.”

A new trailer and some footage were shown, and we’ll let you know when/if they make their way OFFICIALLY online.

“Terminator: Dark Fate” is set to hit theaters on November 1st, 2019.
