“S.H.I.E.L.D.”: Sneak Peek At Sif’s Return

For whatever reason, the midseason return of ABC’s Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. holds promise.  The first episode got some pretty high praise from us, something we really haven’t done for any previous episodes of the series.  We’re still not completely fans of certain characters, but the curiosity of who they will become is too strong to ignore.

We know that in this tail end of the second season there will be some pretty awesome guest stars.  The first, who we’ll be seeing in tomorrow night’s episode, is the return of Thor‘s Lady Sif, as played by Jaimie Alexander.  She had appeared in a first season episode, while chasing Asgardian fugitive Lorelei.

Other notable guest stars still coming this season are Drea De Matteo, Edward James Olmos, and Blair Underwood.
