    Ernie Cline’s incredible genre love ode to the 80s and gaming “Ready Player One” book took over the consciousness of fans the world over.

    It got even better when it was announced that Steven Speilberg himself would be directing the film adaptation of a screenplay by Cline and Zak Penn, fans lost their collective minds because of ANY director could get his hands on the thousands of IPs mentioned in the book, it’d be Spielberg.

    When the creator of an MMO called the Oasis dies, he releases a video in which he challenges all Oasis users to find his Easter Egg, which will give the finder his fortune. Wade Watts finds the first clue and starts a race for the Egg.
