    Nintendo Finally Reveals Trailer for the Switch 2

    After what feels like forever, we finally have our official first look at the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2. Perhaps the most important bit of information confirmed was that the 2 will be backward compatible with physical and digital games for the original Switch.

    A Nintendo Direct for the Switch 2 is planned for April 2nd, 2025.

    There was also a new launch trailer for the upcoming title “Donkey Kong Country Returns,” which is due out January 16th, 2025. And, in usual Nintendo fashion, the Switch 2 will be getting what looks like a new Mario Kart title.
