New Tease for “The Lord of the Rings: Gollum” Game Hits

It’s been awhile since we’ve had any definitive updates about that “The Lord of the Rings: Gollum” game from Daedalic. Earlier today, a brand new video tease of the title was released, and it looks pretty great!

If you’ll recall, Daedalic CEO Carsten Fichtelmann told PC Gamer in 2019 a little about the game:

“We’re concentrating on the character of Gollum, and we’re telling his story before we learn about what happens to him in the books. We’re looking for ways to tell stories that haven’t been shown in the movies. We’ll tell the story of a character we’re familiar with, but not repeating what you already know.”

And judging by this new tease, there will be a whole lotta stealth involved in “Gollum.”

“The Lord of the Rings: Gollum” will be available sometime in 2022 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Switch, and PC.
