We seriously cannot WAIT for Taika Waititi‘s upcoming “Thor: Love and Thunder.” The 4th solo outing for Chris Hemsworth as the Asgardian warrior, “Love and Thunder” will also tie in to “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3,” among other notable MCU entries.

Earlier today, Hemsworth shared a new image of himself along with returning Marvel Studios alum Natalie Portman. As we know, Portman’s character Jane Foster is back, and will be following her comic book character’s storyline. (To be fair, Empire Magazine did release the image over the weekend.)

All we have to say is DAMN. Natalies’ got GUNS.

“It’s been about eight years,” writer/director Waititi told Empire Magazine. “She’s [Jane Foster] had a whole other life, and then the love of your life comes back on the scene, and is now dressed like you. It’s a real mindfuck for Thor.”

“Thor: Love and Thunder” will hit theaters on July 8th, 2022.
