*sigh*
Another day, another setback for Marvel Studios‘ STILL NOT DONE YET “Blade” movie.
According to multiple reports, director Yann Demange (“Lovecraft Country“) is no longer attached to the film. It was an amicable split, that apparently happened “sometime ago.” This is the second helmer the film has shed, as original director Bassam Tariq left in 2022. No word on who may replace Demange.
As of right now, 2-time Oscar winner Mahershala Ali is still set to star. Eric Pearson is reportedly writing a new script.
“Blade” still has a slated release date of November 7th, 2025. But we’re pretty confident that’ll change in the coming weeks.
We’ll let you know what we hear about this and other news.
