“Labyrinth”: Reboot HAPPENING, Hollywood Is Disgusting

I am so angry I am frothing at the mouth.  I cannot find enough PG words to properly illustrate my disgust and disappointment at this announcement from Tri-Star Entertainment and the Jim Henson Company.

Mere days after the death of world renowned artist and performer David Bowie, The Hollywood Reporter posts this “exclusive” story about the proposed revisit to the kingdom of the Goblin King.  The report says Guardians of the Galaxy co-writer Nicole Perlman is on board to pen the script, and Lisa Henson (Jim’s daughter) of the Henson Co. will produce the project, which will be overseen at Tri-Star by Nicole Brown.

This story is still developing, as there is no comment released from Tri-Star’s parent company Sony yet.

Over the past 15 years, she’s built a well-known reputation at conventions across the globe as a cosplayer (occasionally), photographer (constantly), panelist and moderator (mostly), and reporter (always). Interviews, reviews, observations, breaking news, and objective reporting are the name of the game for the founder of Harkonnen Knife Fight, a Dune-themed band. She also produces award-winning immersive events, including Wasteland Weekend and Neotropolis.
