    Day 1 of Filming for “Evil Dead Rise” Director Confirms

    Earlier this week, Lee Cronin shared the news that cameras are indeed rolling on the next installment of the “Evil Dead” franchise! The current plan is for New Line to release the film, “Evil Dead Rise,” for HBO Max.

    Alyssa Sutherland (“Vikings“) and Lily Sullivan (“Picnic At Hanging Rock“) star, Sam Raimi, Rob Tapert, and Bruce Campbell are all on board as executive producers.

    Thats….kind of all we know for sure at this point? But with production kicking off in earnest, we’re expecting updates soon.
