“Indiana Jones 5” Gets 2 Official Covers from Empire Magazine

We’re really looking forward to James Mangold‘s upcoming “Indiana Jones 5.” Maybe we’ll even get an actual title for the flick soon. Obviously the return of Harrison Ford is the most important thing here, but so too is the iconic look of the adventuring archeology professor.

This brings us to Empire Magazine’s reveal of their two official covers, celebrating the upcoming film. The first is a beautifully illustrated poster which graces the cover of Empire’s subscriber’s January cover. It harkens to the classic adventurer films of the 1940s. The art is by Sam Hadley, exclusively for Empire.

And of course, the iconic fedora and leather jacket on the head and shoulders of the one and only Harrison Ford.

Wait…thats…a wedding ring on his left hand! Ok fine, the ONE THING we’re ok revisiting from “Kingdom of the Crystal Skull” is the marriage of Indy and Marion Ravenwood (Karen Allen). We can all agree on that, right? Right.

The first teaser/trailer is expected to run with “Avatar: The Way of Water” when it hits theaters next month. “Indiana Jones 5” is set to hit theaters June 30th, 2023.
