Yes, yes, we know, the “big” news is the cast and crew of “Suits” is going to be reuniting for the ATX TV Festival in 2024. But the ACTUAL awesome news from that announcement is a 10th anniversary panel featuring one of the best AMC shows ever, “Halt and Catch Fire.”

Scoot McNairy “Halt and Catch Fire” AMC, Richard DuCree

Series co-creators Christopher Cantwell (“Paper Girls“) and Christopher C. Rogers, executive producers Mark Johnson and Melissa Bernstein, and star Scoot McNairy (“True Detective“) have been confirmed to attend and participate so far. Reports indicate additional “Halt and Catch Fire” cast and creatives can and will be added as well.

First premiering in 2014, “Halt and Catch Fire” was an absolutely brilliant series about the 80s personal computer wars, home gaming, and eventual internet boom. The cast, which boasted stars Lee Pace, Mackenzie Davis, Kerry Bishé, and McNairy, brought these beautiful and at times deeply flawed characters to life across 4 seasons of heartbreak, humor, and triumph. Seriously, cannot recommend it enough.

ATX TV Festival takes place May 30th-June 2nd, 2024 in Austin, Texas. There will be a Black Friday/Cyber Monday special ticket offer, including 20% off all badges (code ATXTVBF), 50% off merch (code ATXTVBF) and more.

“Halt and Catch Fire” is available to stream on AMC+.
