    “Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol 2”: Cameras Are Rolling!!

    GREAT news GotG enthusiasts!  Production on the much anticipated Marvel sequel started this week, with pretty much everyone returning for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.  If you haven’t noticed, we’re big fans of this particular band of unlikely heroes here at Aggressive Comix, and we couldn’t be happier for the success and acceptance of the team.

    I got to hang out with James at the Saturn Awards before GotG hit theaters in 2014. Really awesome guy.

    Director James Gunn posted this update on his FB page, including news that Snake Plisskin himself, Kurt Russell, has officially joined the cast.  This announcement of COURSE makes most of us think that maybe, just maybe, Kurt will be playing Star Lord’s dad, whomever he turns out to be.

    Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Michael Rooker, Karen Gillan, Vin Diesel, Bradley Cooper, Sean Gunn, and Glenn Close are all returning for the sequel which is due to hit theaters sometime in May of 2017.
