This just in-
sounds like a new “Alien” film is in the works, with Fede Alvarez in the hot seat. The “Don’t Breathe” helmer will reportedly direct for 20th Century Studios, which intends the film for Hulu’s “10 feature films a year” pitch.
Original “Alien” director Ridley Scott will produce.
20th Century Studios President of Production Steve Asbell says this project was picked “purely off the strength of Fede’s pitch. It was just a really good story with a bunch of characters you haven’t seen before.”
We’ll let you know what we hear about this and other news.
