Coming soon to a Disney Channel near you, the epic television movie of the next generation of Disney royalty!  We’ve told you about this show before, but the general premise of Descendants is the ongoing political and magical struggle of the offspring of some of the most notable characters in the Magic Kingdom.

Specifically, the plot revolves around the teenage son of Belle and the Beast. As he prepares to ascend the throne, he declares that the spawn of Cruella De Vil, Maleficent, The Evil Queen, and Jafar, who have been imprisoned on a forbidden island, will be allowed into the kingdom to attend a prep school alongside the children of the Fairy Godmother, Aurora, Rapunzel and Mulan.  There, Carlos (Cameron Boyce), Mal (Dove Cameron), Evie (Sofia Carson) and Jay (Booboo Stewart) will have the chance to redeem themselves and prove that they can be good.

Look for the film sometime in Spring of 2015!
