Fox solo film for Deadpool has been everywhere in the news this week, and it looks like we have the latest bit of information about it.  This is still a building story, but so far, it sure seems to be confirmed.

    Gina-Carano-02

Gina Carano who is a former MMA fighter has reportedly joined the cast of the Ryan Reynolds-starring film.  She was actually a fan favorite to play a live action Wonder Woman for a long time. The Hollywood Reporter says it’s a done deal, and that we can expect to see Carano as “Angel Dust”.  (This character is actually from the X-Men comics, and was a member of the Morlocks.)

HR also says T.J. Miller will be appearing in the film as a yet unnamed character who will “bring comedic relief to the team”.  They also state the possibility of X-Men alum Colossus joining the cast of characters.

We can supposedly expect to see Deadpool in theaters around February 12, 2016.
