Folks were brought in to film short videos, talking about what the most recent Marvel cinematic universe flick meant to them.  They had no idea that Boseman was on the other side of the camera listening, until he revealed himself by walking through the red curtain.

The Tonight Show posted a video of the segment on their youtube channel, and we can’t stop smiling while watching it:

It’s kind of the sweetest thing, and we’re looking forward to enjoying the rest of the talented cast experiencing the thanks from audiences around the world.

Marvel’s Black Panther directed by Ryan Coogler also stars Michael B. Jordan, Angela Bassett, Danai Gurira, Lupita Nyongo, and Leticia Wright, as well as Andy Serkis, Winston Duke, and Martin Freeman.

The film is currently in theaters worldwide, and continues to break all expected box office returns netting $748 million worldwide as of Thursday morning.
