With San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) right around the corner, fans are anxiously awaiting the first trailer release for Warner Bros. upcoming DCEU film, Aquaman.

Thankfully, there’s plenty to tide us over until then — like this photo of The Fisherman King and his court.

Entertainment Weekly says that the above photo happens in a scene where King Orm (Patrick Wilson) goes to the Fisherman King (Djimon Hounsou, with the trident) to enlist his help to declare war on the ocean-polluting surface world. There’s also the Fisherman Queen (Natalia Safran) and Princess (Sophia Forrest) on the left, and a royal guard on the right.

    Yes, they all have tails.

    Executive producer Peter Safran said:

“After the fall of Atlantis, some of the kingdoms evolved and some devolved. This is one that evolved. This is a kingdom that’s primarily artistic and cerebral, with poets and philosophers.”

Needless to say, we’ll let you know as soon as the Aquaman trailer hits. It’s scheduled to crash (like a wave) into theaters on December 21st, 2018.
