With this week being upfronts, we’re getting information about the fall tv season’s planned new and returning shows.  One of these is The CW’s next DC Comics adaptation, Legends Of Tomorrow.

Billed as a Arrow and The Flash spinoff, the series is set to bring even more young DC heroes to the small screen.  So far, we know the first several names of the cast, and what costumed characters they’ll be playing.   Brandon Routh (Superman Returns) as Ray Palmer/Atom, Wentworth Miller (Underworld, Prison Break) as Leonard Snart/Captain Cold, and Dominic Purcell (Blade Trinity, Prison Break) as Mick Rory/Heat Wave, Ciara Renee (The Flash) as Kendra/Hawkgirl, Victor Garber (Alias, Titanic) as Professor Martin Stein, Arthur Darvill (Doctor Who, Robin Hood) as Rip Hunter and Caity Lotz (The Machine, Arrow) returning as White Canary.

Lotz’s character was killed off on Arrow (sorry, spoilers) so we’re curious to see how they’ll have her come back.  No word on when Legends Of Tomorrow will air yet, but we’ll keep you posted.
