I honestly think the team at Disney animation has a really great sense of humor.  Why else would they title their upcoming short Frozen Fever?  Because unlike other fevers where the only perscription is more cowbell, this particular illness seems far from over.

Attached to the upcoming Kenneth Branagh Cinderella, Frozen Fever will be an all new short animated film featuring the stars of the Disney movie that won’t seem to quit, Frozen.  The story as we know it from previous press releases centers around the birthday of Princess Anna, and the hijinks that ensue with the cast of characters.

Here is the first trailer for the short:

Anna (Kristen Bell), Elsa (Idina Menzel), Olaf (Josh Gad), Kristoff (Jonathan Groff) and Sven are back in Arendelle just months after the film’s ending, where it’s time to celebrate Anna’s birthday. Elsa and Kristoff are determined to throw her the best celebration ever, but when Elsa catches a cold, the party could be at risk thanks to her icy powers.

Frozen Fever hits theaters on March 13th 2015, ahead of Cinderella.
