    SyFy’s “12 Monkeys”: Trailer

    Sadly, what I know from interviewing Python Terry Gilliam (who wrote and directed the original 12 Monkeys film) is that SyFy didn’t even contact him about being a part of this new series from the network.

    What we do know about the show is that Brad Pitt’s character will be played by a girl.  The new series follows Cole (Aaron Stanford) as he is sent back in time from 2043 to find and stop the source of a plague that will annihilate the human race. The Series also stars Amanda Schull, Kirk Acevedo, Barbara Sukowa and Noah Bean.
