It sounds like Stranger Things and Hellboy star David Harbour is joining the upcoming Marvel Studios film Black Widow.

'Black Widow' Gains 'Hellboy': David Harbour Joins Marvel Studios' Upcoming Film

Long-rumored, the solo film will star actress Scarlett Johansson in the role she originated in Iron Man 2. Almost nothing is known for sure about the picture thus far, other than rumors of Fighting With My Family‘s Florence Pugh being “in talks” for a role too.

The Hollywood Reporter says Harbour is a done deal for Black Widow, which will be directed by Cate Shortland from a script by Jac Schaeffer.

Rumor has it that the possible working title for the film is Blue Bayou, with a 2020 release date, but obviously that last part hasn’t been confirmed yet.

We’ll let you know what we hear.

Hellboy hits theaters on April 12th, 2019.
