“XMen Apocalypse”: Set Photos Show Awesome 80’s Style

It was only a matter of time before someone on the X-Men Apocalypse set started posting photos they snuck during filming.  Thankfully, they’re pretty good!

What we can see in these two photos, and I expect to find more as the week progresses, are some of the original X-Men team sporting some pretty tubular fashions:

See the redhead?  That’s Game Of Thrones star Sophie Turner as telepath Jean Grey.  The yellow jacket with pink sunglasses?  That’s Lana Condor as Jubilee.  We can see just a hint of rose quartz sunglasses meaning Tye Sheridan as Scott Summers/Cyclops.  And of course, that red jacketed blue faced BAMFing elf, Kodi Smit-McPhee as Kurt Wagner/Nightcrawler.

I’m actually pretty excited for this upcoming film, and that’s the first time I’ve said that about ANY of the Singer X-films.
