At long last, Josh Boone‘s much maligned film “The New Mutants” has a new streaming service home. While the flick did have a small release in 2020, it was unfortunately during the Covid-19 worldwide lockdown.

While the film has been available on Amazon Prime Video for sometime, we do know where viewers will be able to stream it come April.

HBO Max announced that “The New Mutants” is one of the many titles coming to their streaming platform next month. Sure, it’s a little weird that a once Fox-owned-now-Disney-owned property would pop up on Warner Bros. Pictures’ streaming home, but, there was an earlier contractual obligation for the title pre-Disney takeover.

Reception for the film varied. Widely. [Spoiler- we ended up liking it.]
