Who would have thought back in 1996 that we’d be getting 6 Mission Impossible films with Tom Cruise as Ethan Hunt? And, strangely enough, they almost seem to be getting better as they go.
No really, Mission Impossible: Fallout will be the 6th in the franchise; Mission: Impossible (1996), Mission: Impossible 2 (2000), Mission: Impossible III (2006), Mission: Impossible- Ghost Protocol (2011), Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation(2015), and Mission: Impossible – Fallout (2018).
Today during Super Bowl 52, the new MI trailer dropped during the sportsball event.

Directed by Christopher McQuarrie, MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE – FALLOUT finds Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) and his IMF team (Alec Baldwin, Simon Pegg, Ving Rhames) along with some familiar allies (Rebecca Ferguson, Michelle Monaghan) in a race against time after a mission gone wrong. Henry Cavill, Angela Bassett, and Vanessa Kirby also join the dynamic cast with filmmaker McQuarrie returning to the helm.
Mission: Impossible – Fallout is set to hit theaters on July 27th, 2018.
