The saga of the Galactic Starcruiser Halcyon, aka the Star Wars hotel, is coming to a close. After costing Disney an estimated $1 billion, the ‘failed’ immersive experience has lain dormant since it’s closure in September of 2023.
Questions have been raised about what the massive building would be used for now. The decor and styling is all still in place, so why leave it unused? That’s where a new report comes in.
According to The Wrap who claims numerous sources, the former hotel will be converted to offices, to be used by the Imagineering team. Which is kind of perfect, honestly.
We’ll let you know what we hear about this and other news.
