Netflix seems to be moving full speed ahead with some very interesting series.  Just this year, we had Marvel’s Daredevil premiere, a promising look at what we can hope to expect from their partnership.

The next show Netflix wants their audiences to know about is Sense8, from The Wachowskis with Grant Hill (The Matrix, Cloud Atlas), and J. Michael Straczynski (Babylon 5).   The last thing we saw from the Wachowski siblings was the doomed Jupiter Ascending, which was pretty terrible albeit absolutely gorgeous.  Their world building remains unparalleled in cinematic scopes. And Straczynski, we’ve been waiting for a new project from him for awhile!

Check out the first trailer for it:

The cast includes Brian J. Smith, Tuppence Middleton, Jamie Clayton, Miguel Angel Silvestre, Tina Desai, Doona Bae, Aml Ameen and Max Riemelt. Also, Daryl Hannah, Naveen Andrews, Terrence Mann, Freema Agyeman, Alfonso Herrera, Erendira Ibarra, Adam Shapiro, Ness Bautistaand Joe Pantoliano.

Sense8 premieres June 5th 2015 on Netflix, with all 12 episodes releasing at once.
