One of the few times the writer of the video game gets to write the film adaptation, “The Last Of Us” looks to be an exciting passion project.

“It doesn’t need to be different, it just needs to capture the core of what made it special to fans, and to protect our relationship between Joel and Ellie from the producers,” Neil Drucimann said.

When asked about casting, Maisie Williams was mentioned for a major role.

Sam Raimi also said that he and his brother are in the process of writing an “Evil Dead” TV show. With Bruce Campbell.
