Comic Con International, parent company of the world famous annual San Diego Comic Con, have just publicly announced the 2021 in-person event will not happen. We sorta figured this was likely to be the case, as the worldwide pandemic that caused a national shutdown roughly a year ago has still not reached an end.

Following with last year’s “Comic Con At Home,” the industry standard event will once again go virtual.

A three-day event of programming will take place July 23rd-25th, 2021.

The November event as mentioned in SDCC’s statement is, at present, a mystery. We’ll keep you updated.
