Brienne of Tarth actress Gwendoline Christie from HBO’s hit series Game of Thrones has just been brought on to replace Lily Rabe in the upcoming The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 and Part 2.

In the film, Christie will be playing Commander Lyme, a military leader out of District 2 and former Hunger Games victor who joins Katniss (Jennifer Lawrence), Peeta (Josh Hutchinson) and the rest of the rebellion against President Snow (Donald Sutherland) and the leaders of Panem.  Rabe was forced to drop out due to a scheduling conflict with a previous commitment to Much Ado About Nothing at Shakespeare in the Park.

Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 is due to hit theaters in November of 2014.
