It’s Wednesday, and for some, that means a “The Wheel of Time” tease gets released by Amazon Prime Video. While we still haven’t seen anything in the way of official costumes, teasers, or hints of trailers, this first peek at Rosamund Pike as Moiraine Damodred is pretty exciting.

Don’t get your hopes up too much, as the first look released this am is roughly 5 seconds. An audio clip of Moiraine saying not to underestimate the women in the Tower as well as a shot of her face makes up today’s release.

The last tease of “The Wheel of Time” series we saw included the reveal of the Shadar Logoth dagger, which you can see here.

Previous Wheel of Time Wednesday surprises included things like Rand’s heron marked blade, this snippet of audio, some concept art released, Thom Merrilin’s musical instrument change, and the last set of actors added to the first season of the high fantasy series.

We’re hopeful a trailer will come sometime this summer, with a possible premiere not long after. We’ll let you know what we hear about this and other projects.
