This is one of those reports everyone is running right now, but it is worth pointing out that HBO and HBO Max have NOT confirmed them, or offered any kind of statement yet.

According to several of the big outlets, a possible adult-oriented animated “Game of Thrones” series may be in development at HBO for their streaming service, HBO Max.

There is no real evidence to support this yet, other than THR being super, super sure it’s happening.

This would actually be a great way to maybe tell some of the stories glossed over in the later seasons of “Game of Thrones.”

We’ll let you know what we hear about it.
