The era of film and TV has changed, and it looks like once again the streaming services cannot be ignored as a force to be reckoned with at tonight’s 75th Annual Golden Globes. The ceremony tonight was far from a somber one, even though most of the guests wore black.

Maybe you heard about the #TimesUp movement, an evolution of the #MeToo movement. Actresses wore black gowns and actors sported not-tiny buttons displaying the phrase. The night was filled with speeches, rafter rattling and poignant. One can only hope this bodes well for the Oscars later this year.
