We have a lot of thoughts about the upcoming David Bowie biopic “Stardust,” and we’re really not sure how to word them.

First and foremost, this is an unauthorized biopic, one that David Jones‘ (Bowie’s real name) family have gone on record saying they do not approve of. It’s unclear why, but the first full-length trailer for the film just released this week.

Starring Johnny Flynn as a rather plastic-rendering of Bowie during his Hunky Dory phase and first trip to the USA which inspired his iconic Ziggy Stardust persona, “Stardust” was directed by Gabriel Range, and also stars Jena Malone, and Marc Maron.

You can see the trailer for “Stardust” here.

    Release Date: November 25th, 2020
