David Fincher recreates 1930s Hollywood in this astonishing black and white piece of film, which he wrote and is directing for Netflix. We get the story of Herman J. Mankiewicz (Gary Oldman) as he races to finish the screenplay of Orson Wells‘ seminal classic film, “Citizen Kane.”

Starring Academy Award Winner Gary Oldman as Mank, Amanda Seyfried as Marion Davis, Lily Collins as Rita Alexander, Arliss Howard as Louis B. Mayer, Tom Pelphrey as Joseph Mankiewicz, Sam Troughton as John Houseman, Ferdinand Kingsley as Irving Thalberg, Tuppence Middleton as Sara Mankiewicz, Tom Burke as Orson Wells, and Charles Dance as William Randolph Hearst. MANK is directed by David Fincher.

Expect to see “Mank” to hit Netflix on December 4th.
