“Fresh Prince” Theme, but as an Irish Pub Ballad

Yup, we still remember every single word to the annoyingly catchy theme song for Will Smith‘s “The Fresh Prince of Bel-air” 1990s tv staple.

Imagine our delight when some enterprising person (thanks internet!) decided to do a version of the song, but as if it were a traditional Irish Pub ballad.

Seriously. It’s amazing, and Stefan Murphy of The Mighty Stef really outdid himself with it.

You can see/listen to the song here on Murphy’s Facebook page, or scroll down.

What other themes deserve this amazing treatment? Let us know! (We’re hoping for “The Golden Girls.”)
