It’s about damn time for “Batman Beyond” to get a box set!!

We are so thrilled to share this news with you-

During a panel at San Diego Comic Con celebrating the 20th anniversary of the series, this set was announced featuring all 52 episodes as well as the spinoff film Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker coming to HD for the first time.

    Nerdist says:

The set will also include 15 featurettes and several audio commentaries from the original DVD releases. Two brand new featurettes come too. The first, “Nostalgic Tomorrow – A Batman Gathering,” brings together producers Bruce Timm & Glen Murakami, actors Kevin Conroy & Will Friedle, director James Tucker, casting/dialogue director Andrea Romano, and writers Bob Goodman & Stan Berkowitz for a roundtable discussion of the show’s 20 year legacy.

The other all new featurette is “Knight Immortal,” a celebration of Batman’s 80 years of crime fighting excellence. Not sure what that means, but there we go.

The Batman Beyond HD set will be available digitally on October 15th, and on Blu-ray October 29th.
