In the ongoing war of the funny papers, it would appear that DC Comics has taken the edge over rival Marvel Comics, at least in the United States.

According to a new survey done by Dish Network (via udish.com), DC beat out Marvel in a state-by-state count based on google searches over the past 12 months. Marvel dominated in 2018.

You can even check the results for each state’s top result by superhero, not just comic house.

Californians made theirs Marvel, and their top hero search just happened to be….Captain Marvel.

Just a taste of the first several results.

Where does your comics allegiance fall?
