    “Fast & Furious 8”: Update And News

    With the latest installment in the Fast and Furious franchise not even out of theaters yet, it should come as no surprise that during today’s CinemaCon, Vin Diesel announced there are definitely plans for an 8th film.

    Specifically, this direct quote from Vin via Dave McNary of Variety on Twitter:

    Which was quickly followed by a date announcement:

    And now Variety is reporting this as a definite done deal, with a release date of April 14th, 2017.
