While scores of Fannibals are suffering hunger pains for season 3 of the NBC series, Bryan Fuller and his team are busy in the creative kitchen preparing a feast for viewers.  Was that enough food-related puns for you, or should I go for seconds?

The third course of Hannibal just added Zachary Quinto (Heroes, Star Trek ’09, American Horror Story) to the cast.  He will play a patient of Dr. Bedelia Du Maurier (Gillian Anderson) for at least one episode TV Line reports.

Season 3 will be starting sometime in summer, we’re still not sure when.  But you can expect to see Nina Arianda, Richard Armitage, Rutina Wesley and Joe Anderson in roles for the upcoming episodes.
