It looks like The CW’s Arrow is getting another villain this season! We are happy to report that AMAZING character actor (and all around nice guy) Doug Jones (Hellboy, Falling Skies, Pan’s Labyrinth).

The character Doug will be playing is notable baddie Deathbolt.  In the comics, Jake Simmons/Deathbolt was a villain with the power to manipulate electricity. In Arrow, Jake Simmons will be a metahuman with the ability to harness and weaponize plasma energy. Expect the character to make his appearance in the 19th episode of Season 3 titled “Broken Arrow”.

You can see Arrow Wednesdays on The CW, check local listings for times.
