Shaylenne Woody did an amazing job with this year’s young adult novel-based film Divergent.  I am often not a fan of book-to-film adaptations, but the movie adapted from Veronica Roth’s best selling series was one of the few examples of times when a movie is better than the book.  Yes, I really did just say that.  I enjoyed the film IMMENSELY more than the book.  Go poke around the official website, it’s pretty nifty.

Well, here is the first trailer for the second film in the series, Insurgent:

Most of the cast is returning, including Shailene Woodley, Theo James, Kate Winslet, Octavia Spencer, Suki Waterhouse, Jonny Weston, Naomi Watts, Rosa Salazar and Keiynan Lonsdale.

Divergent- Insurgent opens worldwide March 20, 2015.
